Easy Returns Within 30 Days
If your purchase doesn’t quite meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged with all original tags and accessories intact. This ensures we can offer other skaters products that meet our high standards.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will provide you with all the details and guide you through the return steps.
2. Prepare Your Package: Once your return is approved, carefully package the item to avoid damage during transit. Please include your original receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
3. Shipping Your Return: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely back to us.

Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or incorrect shipments.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to assist with exchanges! Simply reach out to us, and we’ll help you get the right gear. Exchanges follow the same 30-day return policy and require items to be in original, unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items
